From Customer Support to Automation
My professional journey began in the BPO industry, where I gained experience in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and working in fast-paced environments.
I later transitioned into Virtual Assistance, supporting clients with administrative work, email management, scheduling, research, data entry, social media, content creation, lead generation, and digital marketing.
As I worked with different businesses, I became increasingly interested in the systems behind their operations.
I wanted to understand:
What happens after a new lead submits a form?
How can businesses follow up automatically without losing the personal touch?
How can customer information be better organized?
How can repetitive tasks be reduced?
How can a CRM help a team work more efficiently?
That curiosity led me to GoHighLevel, CRM systems, workflow automation, AI chatbots, Voice AI, funnels, and marketing automation.
